Medusa

Challenge: Inspire band trust in Volusion with real-life case studies from real customers.

Involvement: We had a wonderful and cooperative merchant, Glitterotica of Medusa Skates, who agreed to let us shoot her brick and mortar store as well as her at the practice rink (in 103 degrees no air conditioning). I was responsible for photoshoot planning and photography art direction, as well as the complete web design, content layout and all social collateral.

During the Medusa project, we launched a new navigation on Volusion.com. The redesign resulted in positive user testing feedback and an 8% conversion rate increase.
